An American Pale Ale brewed with our favorite blend of malts and oats, hopped in the kettle with Simcoe and appropriately dry hopped with Chinook and Simcoe. Showcasing aromas of tangelos and candied grapefruit that give way to a fruity soft body, subtle piney notes with a pleasant balanced bitterness and dry finish. This beer is our go-to Pale Ale during the winter months!
