An imperial rye stout aged in Basil Hayden Bourbon and blended with stock aged in Westland peated whiskey barrels. The body is absolutely massive, but without resorting to a high finishing gravity. Clocking in at 12% ABV, it presents much drier than what you’d expect for such a high-octane beer. Thick but extremely drinkable, and in wax-dipped, custom 500ml bottles. We think it’s really, really good!
