Its distinctive flavor and nose is a result of blending 5 different malted grains: Pale, Crystal, Carastan, Munich and Wheat, with 3 distinctive Northwest hops: Cascade, Chinook and Amarillo. Sporting a 9.5 % ABV and a 42 IBU, this beer will be eminently drinkable, from the time it first hits the market this year to even after 3-5 years of cellaring, something that aficionados have already begun to do with the bottled version.
