Our new West coast IPA dubbed Cousin Shannon is an excellent display of nuance and character. Pilsner and 2-row malts are topped off with a touch of Vienna and flaked oats that really class it up. We then blended Centennial, Simcoe, and Idaho 7 hops to create a blanket of flavors from orange marmalade to fresh pine tree sap followed by a big old punch of the sticky icky.
Cousin Shannon is our incredibly reliable ’88 Chevy Beauville van that we use to deliver our precious beer to our partners around town. Maybe it’s made its way to a horse show or two in its past, who knows?
