Willamette Valley Yamhill-Carlton AVA
Every other year we get a minuscule amount of Huxelrebe. Typically we throw it in “The Void,” but in 2023 we made an 80/20 Chardonnay/Huxelrebe.
This wine is made for caviar.
Nose: sagebrush, worn leather, high desert
Palate: rainbow sherbet, cream savers, yuzu
Finish: white chocolate, Portuguese egg tart
