Not just another collab beer with our buddies at Mt. Olympus Brewing, this fresh hop WC Pils has to be one of the best beers we’ve made in our short time open! A simple malt bill of flake corn and barley with the palest of pils malt, clean Dutch lager yeast and some Tet pellets in the boil. All the magic happens in the fresh hopping; fresh Sabro in the mash, fresh Strata in the hopback and fresh Citra in the dry hop result in a beer that ride the line between IPA and pilsner, the lightest touch grassy, citrus juice level bitterness with a fruity, tropical crushed citrus finish! It really is a garden of hop delights!
