For our second anniversary, we made a beer with some of the most incredible raspberries from Biringer Farm in Arlington. We refermented these on oak aged saison and blended it with some of our wild ale stock upon bottling. It expresses a vibrant raspberry fruit leather popsicle with some unexpected savoriness.
