As opposed to the classic Bohemian-style pils we’re known for at Heater Allen, Lisa and Kevin decided to showcase the northern German interpretation with Pils de Pils. Made from a singular varietal of German barley, decocted to bone-dryness, and classically bittered with elegant and spicy German hops, Pils de Pils is a pilsner made of pilsner for pilsner lovers. Pleasently hoppy and fresh.
