Fuzzy Logic is the use of imprecise information to make decisions. Like it’s predecessor, FUZZY LOGIC, this new beer uses the same amalgamation of barrel-aged beers, with varying degrees of acidity and funk, aged on fresh peaches from our small orchard, and kicks up the jams with a heavy addition of apricot puree. Within a tasting range of stone fruit to no stone fruit, this beer tastes to a moderately high degree of stone fruit. Barrel-aged.
