7.8% A special Biere de Miel for our friends at Bottleworks to commemorate their 27th Anniversary. A blend of barrel matured saison slowly refermented on an abundance of exceptionally floral raw PNW wildflower honey. Rested on Eastern Washington foraged Yarrow and Desert Sage, as well as Scented Geranium from the Hildegarden. Then bottle conditioned with more of said wildflower honey. This singular blend captures the spirit of friendships, botanicals, and seasons. - Hildegard
