3.2% Passer Through Walls was brewed with floor malted barley, malted spelt, and unmalted wheat. We hopped this Brett Table Beer in the kettle with Wai-iti, Strisselspalt, and Herbrucker then fermented it with a distinct yeast strain hailing from the Ardennes region of Belgium. Passer Through Walls was dry hopped with Wai-iti and Crystal then bottle conditioned with one of our favorite Brettanomyces strains. - Bizarre
