5.4% Ghosts of Goslar is a blended gose fermented in oak. This blend consists of two barrel aged goses brewed in January 2024 and April 2024 and was bottle conditioned with Brettanomyces, neutral wine yeast and sea salt. Barrel #1 - gose brewed with barley, oats and wheat, hopped with Harlequin and Nectaron, and fermented with our mixed culture in a Washington Syrah barrel. Refermented with a Brettanomyces blend in a neutral red wine barrel on Collins Family Orchards Chelan cherries from the 2024 harvest. Barrel #2 – gose brewed with barley, oats and wheat and steeped with lemon and coriander. Fermented with our mixed culture in a Washington Cabernet Franc barrel. Refermented with our Brettanomyces and wild yeast blend in a Washington Mourvèdre barrel on Collins Family Orchards Fortune plums from the 2024 harvest. -Bizzare
