2.9% Table Top Joe is our dark table beer brewed with coffee in collaboration with Hyacinth Coffee in Seattle, WA. This dark table beer was brewed with a blend of pilsner, Munich and some of our favorite specialty malts then hopped in the kettle with Styrian Golding. Table Top Joe was fermented with a special Belgian ale strain and was finished on a blend of DR Congo and Ethiopia coffees from Hyacinth Coffee. -Bizarre
