Pinot Noir from Finnigan Hill in the Chehalem Mountains for the prettiness, Syrah for the structure, Grenache for the fruit, and Mourvèdre for the savory backbone — both from Conley Vineyard up in Yakima Valley. Every grape gets its own ferment. 100% whole cluster across the board, sixty days on the skins, native yeast. Then eighteen months in neutral French oak before we blend and bottle. Minimal sulfur.
