5.1% Pilgrimage is our take on a Bavarian-style Hefeweizen. Using an equal blend of German pilsner and malted wheat, this beer features a light addition of German Tettnanger hops in the kettle. The star of the show here is the special Hefeweizen yeast sourced from a very old brewery located in the hills outside of Herrsching, Germany.
