In 2017 Crosby Hop Farms made available, for the first time, Sterling hops. And we made a pilsner but the market wasn't quite ready for a fresh hop lager or so it seemed. But now we feel is the time to bring it back! This classic pilsner is clean easy drinking and has a notable fresh sterling character of lemon and garden fresh green.
