8.1% Coleman Farms Simcoe. 25 lb/bbl fresh hops. 5 lb/bbl dry hop. One extraordinary collab. Mirror Image is a Fresh Hop Hazy DIPA built with the meticulous, Michael Dempster of Mirage Brewing, stacking freshly picked Simcoe, Cryo Fresh Simcoe, crop year 2026 Southern Cross, and Riwaka and Southern Cross Fresh Hop Amplifire Hop Oil onto a big, hazy, pillowy base (there is a touch of Citra in there too…). Bright, green, and gloriously alive — this is fresh hop season at its absolute peak. -Kings & Daughters
