5.4% For our continuing installment of the 3Mag/ilk Lifetime ales, we went with a ultra-traditional West Coast Pale Ale. When Crosby Hops offered us a grip of Deep Cut Cascade fresh hops, we jumped at the idea of an old school pale. Made with pale ale malt and a bag of Munich, fermented with Anchor Brewing’s old ale yeast, hot side hopped with that Deep Cut Cascade and dry hopped with Centennial and Chinook. The color, the mouthfeel, the bitterness and all that citrus and pine, nailed it! -Ilk
