6.5% Fedallah’s Hearse is a West Coast IPA brewed using a base of Pilsner malt, along with copious amounts of flaked rice. It was hopped in the kettle with Mosaic and Simcoe, and then dry-hopped with Simcoe Cryo, Mosaic Cryo, and Galaxy. Presenting boldly on the palate with layers of key lime sugar cookies, pineapple flesh, and peach nectar. Balanced in bitterness with a refreshing dryness. - Holy Mountain
