5.5% Flowers of the Sky is our fresh hop DDH pale ale brewed with a base of pilsner malt, flaked oats and flaked barley. We hopped Flowers of the Sky with Strata, Comet and Galaxy in the kettle then fermented it cool with our house kölsch strain. Flowers of the Sky was dry hopped with Strata, Comet and Galaxy, and cold-infused with fresh Strata hops from Coleman Farms. -Bizarre
