5.3% Dripping Earth is our pale ale brewed with foraged fir tips. We brewed Dripping Earth with a blend of pilsner malts and flaked oats then hopped it in the kettle with Mosaic, Simcoe, Chinook and Chinook Incognito. This pale ale was steeped with foraged fir tips and fermented cool with our house kölsch strain. Dripping Earth was dry hopped with Mosaic LupoMax. -Bizarre
