6.66% Brewed with a base of Maris Otter and with a variety of crystal and dark specialty malts to achieve a nice red color and maltiness. We hopped this with a blend of some of our awesome lots of Chinook, Citra, and Centennial in the kettle. The result is a harmony of maltiness and classic throwback flavors and aromas- pine, citrus, and dark fruit throughout, all in perfect balance.
