11.1% For our 7th anniversary we once again reached into our barrel library and picked two of our most unique beers to blend to celebrate the occasion. First, an Imperial Rye Stout aged in rye whiskey barrels lending complex chocolate and spice notes. To this we blended an Imperial Brown Ale aged in whiskey barrels that formerly held Pinot Noir red wine, giving notes of toffee and dried fruit.
