Modeled after the iconic super-dry macro lagers of Tokyo, it delivers a light floral aroma and a clean, effervescent finish with crystalline clarity. Named after a special basement izakaya we visited in Japan, this beer is a tribute to the people and atmosphere of the Tokyo underground. Though we shared little common language with the locals, the welcome we felt was universal. We used a traditional rice-heavy recipe to recreate the refreshing, sharp profile we fell in love with while exploring the city. A crisp, clean lager meant for sharing memories. - Trap Door
