4% Pat’s been making a version of this beer for the last couple decades. It represents the beer his mama’s side of the family - the Villarreals, Salazars, and Marquezes - would drink at any and all family get-togethers, from reunions to wakes, graduations to house parties. Like food, beverage is usually the last part of a culture to assimilate and with this beer, we’re happy to keep holding out with ya all! Made with a cereal mash of a third maze grits, third Vienna malt, and a third pils, and hopped with enough Saaz to make it drink right, lime or no! AND.. we do like lime in the glass, not the can around here! -Ilk
