5.3% We liked this beer so much when we brewed it for our eleventh anniversary last year that we decided to make it a (semi-) regular thing! This is a simple and delicious one, made with Wyermann Pilsner malt, and hopped throughout the boil with Tettnang and Hallertauer Mittelfruh. The hops and awesome malt just shine through. Crystal clear and perfectly carbonated from an ice cold nap in our lagering tanks. We're gonna be absolutely crushing this one. - Holy Mountain
