Named after Mexico's famous art of mythical creatures that represent three different animals in one, this beer is brewed with flaked corn and a pinch of Saaz hops for a crisp and refreshing taste. Being Washington's first Mexican and gay-owned brewery, we could not think of a better beer to have year-round.
