4.8% Garlands is our fresh hop West Coast pilsner that was brewed with German pilsner malt and flaked barley. We hopped it in the kettle with Cashmere and Lórien, then added a massive amount of fresh Strata hops from Crosby Hop Farm in the whirlpool. Garlands was fermented cold with our house lager strain and dry hopped with Strata and Strata HyperBoost. -Bizarre
