4.5% Alone with the Owl is our rustic amber lager that was brewed with undermodified pilsner, Vienna, and crystal rye malts exclusively from Sugar Creek Malt Co. in Boone County, Indiana. Alone with the Owl was hopped in the kettle with Czech Saaz and Mandarina Bavaria and was open-fermented with our house lager strain. Spunded for natural carbonation. - Bizarre.
