6% Hops: Fresh Citra, Citra, Citra Cryo This light and bright West Coast IPA was steeped on hundreds of pounds of fresh, wet, whole-cone Citra Hops from Sauve & Son farms in Yakima. After fermentation it was dry-hopped with two different lots of Citra and a third lot of Citra Cryo, totaling 4 distinct expressions of this beloved variety. The result is packed with notes of lemon balm, cantaloupe, honeydew, and grapefruit zest, with a dash of peach skin and fresh-cut grass. Light bodied with a refreshing medium bitterness. - Ravenna
