4.5% Cemetery Polka is our English-style Best Bitter ale that was brewed with a blend of Pale English, Crystal, and Munich Malts. This Best Bitter was hopped in the kettle with Bramling Cross and East Kent Golding and was open-fermented with our house pub ale strain. Spunded for natural carbonation. - Bizarre

9% Feasting on Flowers is a collaborative effort with my friends Tall Trees Brew Lab out of Portland, Oregon. You'd be hard pressed to find a brewery with a faster track to the top of the IPA world than Tall Trees. Flash back just 2 years ago and they were the runner ups in a small homebrew/pro-am brewing competition I ran, and this year they're rated as one of the best producing breweries in the entire country. Fresh Hop Willamette: Collaboration with @littleletterslager This fresh hop rice pilsner used approximately 18#/bbl of fresh Willamette from @goschiefarms in Oregon. Used @lincmalt and @coldstreammalt malt and long grain white rice. - Halcyon

6% Hops: Fresh Citra, Citra, Citra Cryo This light and bright West Coast IPA was steeped on hundreds of pounds of fresh, wet, whole-cone Citra Hops from Sauve & Son farms in Yakima. After fermentation it was dry-hopped with two different lots of Citra and a third lot of Citra Cryo, totaling 4 distinct expressions of this beloved variety. The result is packed with notes of lemon balm, cantaloupe, honeydew, and grapefruit zest, with a dash of peach skin and fresh-cut grass. Light bodied with a refreshing medium bitterness. - Ravenna
