Brewed Only once per year, Blown Up requires loads, heaps even, of thick and juicy hops backed up by a big body with 30% wheat and oats. Aroma fresh pineapple, and a strong presence of clementines as well as big juicy navel oranges, all accented by some lovely resinous notes. Flavor morphs into bags and bags of over ripe orange, more pineapple and resin to round out this beer making it not overly sweet. For 2025 we used Citra Dynaboost, Citra Cryo, Galaxy, and Nelson hops.
