The best day of boat ownership is no longer the day you sell it. It’s taking these crispy pilsners out on the open water, clear lake or even murky pond. Brewed hot-side just like we brew our Scoot Scoot Italian Pilsner. But then we skipped all those noble hops and instead hit the dry hop with Mosaic and a signature west coast hop blend in the brite tank. The bitterness and hop character is turned up a bit from the Italian style, and steers away from floral into citrus, stone fruit and piney notes. Side effects include an urge to blast yacht rock while performing backflip gainers off the wake deck into a chilly lake. Floaty wings not included.
