Hops: Citra, Mosaic, Grüngeist
The classic standby hop combo of Citra and Mosaic is joined by Grüngeist, one of our favorite new(ish) German varieties in this modern West Coast Pale Ale. Bright citrus and stone fruit are complemented by floral undertones and a lingering resinous bitterness. Light bodied, dry, and refreshingly bright.
