Inspired by the classic rosés of southern France, the 2023 Blushing Bear is salmon pink in the glass, with aromatic notes of fragrant honeysuckle, sun-kissed wild strawberries, and fresh grapefruit. On the palate, the wine oers layers of juicy Bartlett pear, guava, and crisp apple, with an underpinning of refreshing minerality balanced by mouthwatering acidity and a lively nish. We call it “sunshine in a glass.” Sourced exclusively from Walla Walla Valley vineyards, hand-picked grapes were gently whole-cluster pressed to capture perfumed aromatics and delicate avors. Afterward, the juice was fermented and aged in a combination of stainless steel and neutral French oak for ve months to deliver a clean, fresh style.
