This single origin coffee is from the Kibirizi processing facility in the Southern Province of Rwanda. It’s a pillowy soft natural processed coffee that presents more fruity than funky, and is surprisingly full bodied for a lighter roast profile. In the cup, we get notes of toasted marshmallow, honeycomb, blueberry, white raspberry, honeycrisp apple, and a touch of cinnamon. Great for pour over, espresso, drip, and chemex. We’re extremely excited for how this turned out as our first Rwanda release, and are looking forward to featuring additional lots from this incredible growing region!
