Brewed in anticipation of Bottleworks’ 23rd anniversary, this beer began in April of 2020 as wort brewed in the methode traditionelle. It was then spontaneously inoculated overnight in the Mirage coolship, fermented and aged in oak for one year, and later conditioned over fresh strawberries grown by Sidhu Farms in tghe Puyallup Valley. Before packing, this beer was then blended 2:1 with saison conditioned over kiwi berries grown by Red Cedar Farm outside Poulsbo.
