Approximately 14 months ago, we brewed an imperial stout and then let it take a nice long rest in wheat whiskey barrels from Dry Fly Distilling. Once the beer was sufficiently aged and had soaked up all that whiskey and barrel goodness, we finished it with a hefty dose of real, hand-cut vanilla beans. Now, this 14.2% treat of a beer is available to be enjoyed by you!
