Our brew team members, Kylie and Lynlee, created this absolute crusher of a beer, Toby, for the 10th anniversary of the Shebrew Festival. It’s a cream ale and it fucking slaps. Their beer is built upon a base of delicious Pilsner malt and the tiniest bit of flaked corn for a light and dry body. They took a more modern hopping approach with just a skosh of Citra and Amarillo for a light citrus and stonefruit flavor profile.
Notes of apricot and lemon balm can be found in the nose with just a hint of dandelion peeking through. Come find us at the fest and try the cask version as well.
