Our first Fresh Hop drop of the season is a banger of an IPA brewed with 200 pounds of fresh Strata hops from Roy Farms in Moxee, WA. But we didn’t want to stop there so we dry-hopped this beer with even more fresh Strata hops (from the very same lot, as a matter of fact!). Expect fresh hop aromatics dancing happily alongside notes of citrus, pine, and a hint of melon.
