A crisp, clean, leaning classic but also modern, West Coast IPA. Some lovely Oregon Chinook from Indie Farms plays well with a bright batch of Nelson Sauvin from Freestyle Farms and fruit forward Mosaic from YCH. A mix of Idaho Pilsner and Washington Pale Ale malt, along with a healthy portion of malted wheat, create a flavorful base primed to let the hops shine!
