Description: Free Jazz was brewed in collaboration with the avant-garde lager brewers from Double Elbow (Rochester, MN) and Living Häus (Portland, OR). Free Jazz was calculated and improvised in equal measure – decocted, open-fermented, lagered for a long time, and naturally carbonated. A blend of medium to highly kilned malts coax notes of graham cracker, dried cherry, and bittersweet baking bars.
