Heavenless is an IPA we originally made a few years back, and was one of our first truly hazy IPA’s. Using large portions of wheat and spelt for the mash, it was hopped in the kettle with Motueka, Citra, and Vic Secret. More of all that was used for the dry hop, with a heaping amount of Vic Secret being front and center lending to a resinous pineapple and passionfruit profile.
