We brewed As The Universe So The Soul with our good friends Kevin and Lisa, owners of Gold Dot and Heater Allen, located in McMinnville, Oregon. This pale lager was brewed with a beautiful variety of German Pilsner malt. The spicy Saaz hops were hand-selected by Kevin and Lisa, and the HM crew added some HBC 1134, an experimental hop geared toward modern lagers that has awesome herbal and citrusy notes. Regardless of whether you’re in the classic or modern lager camp, this beer is insanely drinkable and delicious.
