Made with Fernando family Santa Rosa plums. We took these beautiful plums and referemented them on a blend of fresh Tula Saison and Leroi, our Aged Wild Ale. We introduced Scented Geranium upon bottling to compliment the bright citrus character we were getting from the plum skins. The result is a soft effervescent scented plum perfume.
