Beautiful golden Shiro Plums from Jones Creek Farm went through carbonic maceration before being refermented on aged saison. Blended with a little bit of Painted Sunlight (our peach beer) for balance; Shiro expresses soft acidity with wildflower nectar perfume and a starfruit custard finish.
