Nels is a saison with Nelson Sauvin hops and foraged fir tips. Last summer we ventured to the Cascades to forage fresh Noble Fir tips and added them to a blended saison. After naturally conditioning in can for six month, Nels presents bright notes of grapefruit, kumquats, bergamot and pine.
