Ok ok so for this beer, first we hopped it with Mosaic at the start of the boil. And then a little later in the kettle, we added some more Mosaic. Also, again, a few minutes later – a mosaic addition. And then we added MORE mosaic to the whirlpool. AND THEN we added Mosaic Hyperboost to the fermenter at knock out. Then a little later, we dryhopped it with Mosaic T90s on Day 6. A couple days after that, WE HIT IT AGAIN with a second dry hop with – you guessed it – Mosaic Cryo. AND NOW IT’S READY! WOW. In summary: mosaic, mosaic, mosaic, mosaic, MOSAIC.
