See Now and Know is our West Coast pale ale that was brewed with a simple base of pale and pilsner malts as well as rice sugar. We hopped See Now and Know with a blend of Mosaic, Chinook and Simcoe in the kettle then fermented it cool with our house lager strain. This West Coast pale ale was dry hopped with Mosaic, Chinook Lupomax and Simcoe.
