Little Treasure is our winter citrus honey ale brewed with pilsner, spelt and oat malts. Little Treasure was hopped in the kettle with El Dorado and Comet then steeped with orange blossom honey. Our winter citrus honey ale was fermented cool with our house kölsch strain, then infused with fresh pummelo and Cara Cara orange zest.
